Types of
In the process control system, the actuator consists of two parts: the actuator and the automatic adjustment mechanism. The automatic adjustment mechanism directly changes the parameters of the production process through the execution components, so that the production process meets the predetermined requirements. The actuator accepts a control signal from the controller to convert it to the output of the drive adjustment mechanism (such as angular displacement or linear displacement output). It also uses the appropriate actuators, but requires a different adjustment mechanism. Actuators are installed directly on the production site, sometimes with harsh working conditions. The ability to maintain normal operation directly affects the safety and reliability of the automatic adjustment system.
structure
A device that accepts control signals and applies controlled operation to a controlled object in an automated control technology tool. Actuators are classified into pneumatic, electric and hydraulic actuators according to the driving energy used.
